Would you mind letting us know is there any app to download and install DHIS2 Technologies on IOS devices.
Please let us know the baby steps to proceed with the DHIS installation on this kind of devices in case, there is not any available app from Istore.

There is currently no native client for IOS devices. You can use the “light” and “smartphone” app for data entry, but there is currently no native app (and currently no plans to support this platform which I know of).

Obviously, you can use the browser on an iPhone or iPad to access a Dhis server instance, but that is probably not what you need.
