Hello - I am exploring using DHIS2 for a new use case and am interested to know if DHIS2 has been used in similar capacities and/or how it could be configured to meet the following requirements:
- Is DHIS2 capable of building a question bank through a data entry form or a dataset?
- If so - Would this method allow users to easily pull or copy selected questions into their own separate form?
- Would it be possible for users to pre-populate data entry forms with responses that were input the prior time?

Hello @SydneyDaniel, DHIS2 has been used for surveys/assessments. This is done using the DHIS2 events model. You’ll need to configure the questions on the forms and give particular users access to particular sections of the forms. This will enable them see only questions shared with their level of access only. More details of your use case might be necessary to give you further support.

Adding a bit more context here: We are looking to create a form where there is a “bank” of possible questions that users can select to populate their own form or assessment.
So it would be similar to a ‘choose your own journey’ for users as they select the options that fit them and build their own custom assessment/form.
