We’ve created an anonymous event data entry screen for entering Child Death Audit forms into DHIS-2 but have a couple of issues:
Once an event is entered and data entry completed, there appears to be no way to retrieve it for corrections or further editing – say by supervisors at the district or national level.
If you do not press complete, nobody else can create another anonymous event.
We’re trying to use section forms so that the form can be in both French and English, but can’t seem to find a way to hide the column Provided Elsewhere (see below). The alternative is to use a custom form, but we will need to design and maintain two versions.
what you point out is correct and we are aware that this is pretty inconvenient. Constraint 1. and 2. have already been removed in trunk and will be released in 2.9 in July. For 3. you can edit the relevant anonymous program (from Beneficiaries and Programs module) and tick the “Hide provided by other facility” checkbox in order to remove it from the form.
