Username field restriction

Hello,

We have configure data element as value type “User name”. Can we make restriction in the form, when we search users in this field, it will come up from specific org units only, not all the list available in particular DHIS2 instance.

Thank you for your post @ramavat ! This does seem to be related to the roadmap idea you’d suggested before in TEA Value type - Username: Shows all users in system and does not auto-complete the username - #5 by ramavat, right?

These roadmap ideas are usually prioritized by the use-cases and need in the field, so at this point - after inquiring with the team, it seems that this isn’t prioritized at the moment.

Have you thought of any other workarounds that might help? For instance, have you considered if creating a capture plugin might satisfy the workflow for your use-case?
