Dear All,
I have an issue with user roles.
I assign a user role to a user and also gave them access to create user roles private to them. But then in the process of creating the user role, they have access to all the roles available.
Which means they can create a user with an admin role which in turn has access to all the modules. I am using the 2.16 version. Is this a bug or something?
