Hi, we have faced a problem where users cannot use the WHO Data quality tool unless they are assigned to user role (full athority)
We have created the user role for access the DQA tool and checked the WHO DQA tool in the checkbox, however it is still not working

Can you try recreating this issue on one of our demo instances (e.g. DHIS 2 Demo - Sierra Leone), and let us know what version of DHIS2 you are using?
I do not see any additional authority checks within the WHO Data Quality App, so a user who has the “WHO Data Quality Tool app” authority should be able to open the app. The user will not be able, however, to see visualizations / generate reports unless they have permission to view the underlying data.
