I am using DHIS2 version 2.38.6. However, I am not able to create a user group. I am getting the following error :

This appears to be a bug specific to version 2.38 but from 2.39 and above, it doesn’t appear; however, would you like to report this as bug for this version on Jira? https://dhis2.atlassian.net/issues
