User Extended App issue

Dear all,
I am using User Extended App version 0.7.1 on my dhis2, war 2.31.9 with java 11 but the app is not importing the intending Users. It keeps spinning endlessly without any output log. Please can some help.

Hi @Gerald_Thomas,

Could you check the Network log and if there’s an error take a screenshot? Maybe the app developers @ifoche will be able to help you!

How can I get the network log because on Catalina nothing is showing?
