I am using 2.31.1 and am also experiencing the same issues.Was this resolved without necessarily going to the backend?
Thanks @Mhelao. We recently encountered the same issue in Trinidad after upgrade to 2.31.3. We solved the problem by sharing the category, category option and category option combo with the correct user group.
