Use Dhis2 as identity provider for others app

Hello,

I would like to make DHIS2 the identity provider for others app. I found in the documentation how to configure it to use others services as identity provider but not the other way around. Is it possible ?

In short user logged in DHIS2 must be able to use his dhis2 account to log in an external app.
