I’ve encountered an unusual issue today while attempting to display data in the Report app, Dashboard, and Data Visualizer app. Unfortunately, I am unable to fetch the data entered through the data entry app.
Additionally, when I tried running the analytics table manually, I noticed that it seems to be stuck on exporting data for 13th November 2024. This behavior persists, and I suspect it might be related to the issue.
I’ve attached a snapshot for reference, along with the HAR file for more details. Note that I am using version 2.39.3.1
The issue was resolved by dropping the analytics tables and regenerating them. Additionally, multiple hourly scheduled jobs were disabled, and a new single scheduled job was created to run on an hourly basis.
