[URGENT] File names changed after uploading using File Data Element

Dear DHIS2 Devs.

Please note I have noticed that the file names uploaded using the FILE data element is converted into some funny, longer filenames as shown below:

Now I want to process the files but I have the following challenges:

  1. The original file name is changed.
  2. I could not find any relation/identifier to relate this file with the values in the programstageinstance records.

Any assistance to address my challenges is highly appreciated.

I am using DHIS2 2.33.4 version.
