Upload data failed

Dear Team,

Why my user can’t upload data after data capturing

  1. Set option at program- the reason is that will not allow user capture data backward last two months

  2. after data capturing of April-2020 (current date is May-2020), not see data but see upload

I think this is a bug (DHIS 2.31.7). Please test this function.
