Not that I’m aware of, but perhaps you could have a go at SchemaSpy or one of the other tools linked to below?

. This tool will also create HTML, DIA and some other formats, but
given the size of the database, the dia diagram is rather large to say

If you want to build the WebHelp, just execute the pom from the
documentation source.

mvn package -f db-pom.xml

Once this is done, you will have the HTML in the
"dhis2-docbook-docs\target\docbkx\webhelp\dhis2_database_schema"

If you are interested in the dia format, let me know and I will send
it to you by email. It is rather a mess of spaghetti.
