Have others gotten this error, and what did you look for in the logs to figure out what’s going on?

Hi @Natalie_Tibbels,
What version are you on? Can you go to Developer tools in your browsing (CTRL + SHIFT + I), go to the Network tab, then click “Perform maintenance”, and see if a request comes up in red font?
