The East and African HISP groups have been holding DHIS2 Academies for the past 10 years in the region to build capacity in the customization and use of DHIS2 systems.

The purpose of this poll is to get your input into the planning and delivery of the upcoming academies. Kindly take sometime to respond to the following survey.

Question QN 4: If Yes, which academy was it?, should only be mandatory if the response to QN 3: Have you attended any DHIS2 Academy before? Is yes.

I had never attended Academy before but was forced to choose a response to QN 4 to be able to submit the survey
