Unticking Yes only data elements in the data entry app produces a 500 internal server error using Microsoft Edge. Using Safari and Chrome produced the same error. I was able to reproduce the error on the Sierra Leone demo. using version 2.40.2.

Thank you for your post. I’m able to reproduce the issue on the legacy DHIS2 Data Entry app; however, please know that this issue is fixed in the newer (beta) Data Entry app, see recording below:
