Users are facing the following problem:
They just see 1 error, but it is unidentifiable.

if you click on the error, do you get more information about it?
You can try in the error log screen, in the main menu. You will probably have to scroll down in order to find the errors. Do you have more information in this screen?

We have got the following message from a user when he clicks on Sync data now. We have checked that the mobile is connected to the internet and the server is on. The user is unable to sync the data.

Please copy and paste the error log from the “Open sync error log” which is supposed to be the fifth option with the ! icon. Thank you!
