When working with DHIS2, what is your process for choosing the right data collection approach for a project?
One thing that becomes clear over time is the importance of starting with the end in mind. This naturally leads to the question: What are you trying to accomplish?
In many cases, especially for routine reporting an aggregate data approach is the most appropriate starting point.
