In the data entry, we have blocked dataset for a certain period to see their timely submission and completeness but it applies to whole health centres(using one dataset by all). Now we are receiving calls/mail to unblock it. So, how can I unblock dataset for a particular health centre? the current scenario is, when I unblock, it unblocks for all centres. Please…

Hi @Sangay_Tenzin, you can use Lock Exception functionality available under Data Administration. There you can select the data set, organisation unit, and period for which the data set has to be unlocked for. This will only effect the selected organisation unit, and not all.

Hi @Sangay_Tenzin, I am not sure I completely understood that, apologies!
In order to block that dataset again, you need to delete the lock exception. Till the time the lock exception is active, the dataset will remain open. Hope this what you were asking.
