Hi
I’m currently facing an issue using Capture App on a Tracker Based Program.
I locally restored a copy of a database we were using in production to do some tests. But the Capture App is showing the errors in the picture bellow.
Any idea on how to start looking for a fix?
Locally I’m using d2 to spin up a DHIS2 instance on MacBook Silicon. The DHIS2 version is 2.41.7

Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue. Have you tried to update your Capture app from the App Maintenance app?
One thing that I would recommend doing is ‘recreate the program itself’ (you don’t need to recreate the other metadata, just add them the way they are expected), if this works then you might need to double check the data elements added to program stages but might be missing as the error in the console shows: 
I think this is a metadata issue and not because of your computer, so you will definitely need to review the metadata configuration of the program. I hope this helps.

I’ve fixed this issue a few minutes ago.
The problem was that in the past some data elements and attributes were added to the program, and for some reason were removed later. But in the process of remove of those, they were not removed from the data entry form (section data entry form were being used). After removing the data elements and attributes from the data entry form, I was able to successfully access the Capture app.
