Unable to open settings app.

Hi Devs

Please can you assist us we are unable to access the settings app on a 2.27 dhis2 instance?

This the error we see on the console:-

Loading: DHIS 2 System Settings Management v27.0.5 settings-app.js:81

GET http://localhost:9090/dhis/api/26/configuration 500 (Internal Server Error) settingsActions.js:88

Hi

Looking at the stack trace, it looks like this is related to attributes on users… would you mind filing a JIRA issue for it?
