Unable to load the plugin

Hi all
I have a problem displaying charts on the dashboard, while charts and maps are displayed normally. the displayed error message is: Unable to load the plugin for this item.

Please help me understand this anomaly.

Thank you for your question and your patience! Does it appear for all users? And were you able to fix it? Thank you for sharing this with the community!

What data is supposed to appear there when you edit the Dashboard? Finally, in addition to what version are you using, would you mind taking a screenshot after opening this dashboard while the Network tab in the Console (F12) is open - see if there are any errors that can help understand the issue?
