We were trying to filter data on Data Visualizer using Organization Unit Group Set filter. We are unable to get the expected result. Instead, we get an error saying : No Values Found.
PFA, the screenshot for the same.
Here Population is an Organization Unit Group Set having two Organization Unit Groups RP and GP.
The bar shows the combined value for all org units associated to both RP and GP.
Can you please help us understand what is the problem. Is it some bug or are we missing something?

We are on trunk( Version 17355). We are not able to filter data on Data Visualizer based on Organization Unit Group Set in the demo app(https://apps.dhis2.org/dev ) as well.
We are getting different error though, that says: Indicators cannot be specified as filter.
Don’t know if we are missing something.
Also, I am unable to see “Analytics and Data Mart” under Reports.
Just for your reference, what I did is:
Data was already present for Badija And Baoma under Bo. I was able to see charts for them in Data Visualizer. I created new Organization Unit Group Set called MyGroupSet in demo app. This has two Organization Unit Groups, Group1(associated with Badija) and Group 2(associated with Baoma). When i am trying to filter charts based on Organization Unit Group Set Filter, I am getting the error as said.
Can you help us figuring out what is wrong?

based on the information you provide I guess this is what happened:
In your instance you ran the analytics and then created the org unit group set? When you create a new org unit group set with “Data Dimension” set to true (which means it will show up in the analysis apps), you need to run analytics again.
At this point you will have values for the new group set and filtering on it should work well. However it seems that you (at least in the demo) selected an indicator and put it as filter as well. Unfortunately we do not yet support having indicators as filter, so you need to open the layout window and move the “Data” item to either columns or rows.

I think this problem was caused by the org unit groups containing the
higher-level org units (e.g. districts) instead of the organisation units
that collects the data (e.g. the facilities).
The group set / org unit group analysis is reads data for the org units
which are explicit members of groups - not children of group members.
