I’ve been trying to delete a program stage from my program, but it keeps telling me that it’s associated with an event. I’ve deleted all the TEI data associated with the program stage. What could be the problem?
I also used Postman API (as seen below) but this is the error.
Did you permanently removed the soft deleted events ?
This can be done using the Data Administration app → Maintenance → Permanently remove soft deleted events

Which version of dhis2 are you running ?
Do you have access to the dhis2 logs ?
I’m running on version 2.41.0.1, and no, I don’t have access to the logs.
Withouth the sytem logs, it could be challenging…
Any relationship relatd with events?
Is this an instance that started a long time ago (in another dhis2 version) ?

Yes, there’s a relationship associated with the events, but I deleted all TEI.
No, it’s a new instance that was set up as 2.41, not upgraded from another version.
Did you already “Permanently remove soft deleted tracked entity instances” ?
It could be the case that “Permanently remove” is not working. The logs files could help a lot.
