Unable to create new user: Password not valid

I am trying to create a new user on a DHIS2 instance. I keep getting this error "Property password requires a valid password, was given …, even after meeting all password conditions (at least 8 characters, one upper case, one lower case, one number and one special character) How do I resolve it?

Examples of passwords used: Test/2024, User/2024, Pass@2024

Welcome to the community. Which version of DHIS2 are you using? Where are you creating this user? In the Users app or from the login screen?

Thank you. I am using version 2.40.2.2 and I am creating the user from the Users app.

Try do not use the easy guessable passwords which can be part of username or which contains pass, password, test, user in the password part.
