Hello,
I am trying to delete a program stage but I get an error that object can’t be deleted because its associated with TrackedEntityValue.
Unfortunately, the tracked entities are patients who were registered on the program but are now terminated or completed. I have tried to delete the data from the tracked entities history in tracker but the form fields (Incomplete, Validate, Delete) are greyed out.
I will appreciate any assistance.

Hi Prosper,
I noticed a similar occurrence in the demo site (apps.dhis2.org/demo).
When you check the histories for Sarah Thompson and Claire Jones in the MNCH/ PNC (Adult Woman) program, you will notice that Claire Jones’ data can be deleted but the delete button is greyed out for Sarah Thompson. See snapshot below…
