Trouble deploying dhis2 under ubuntu 16.04

Good evening after installation of dhis2, if I run localhost: 8080 / dhis he tells me that the requested resource is not available. I will need help to understand what level the problem is. I followed all the tutorial of the installation, my system is ubuntu 16.04 thank you
