How do you treat the dataset for a campaign, that is, the reporting period. For example, if the campaign such as Child Health week is to run for seven days in June. Can the same dataset be used in future (say in November) for the same campaign? What is the practice?

I fully support the idea of reusing a campaign dataset. Set the time period as monthly. Often the data is only entered some time after the closing date of the campaign, ‘Open’ the dataset for the specific campaign month i.e.June only, When the next campaign comes around, ‘open’ it for only November. The data will be captured against each facility/outreach post as per normal, and will show up as per normal. Remember to name the campaign DE differently, like put CAM as a prefix, so that it is easy to idenify routine data and campaign data.elements.
