Hello,
So when I register a new person on my program and then open the user to the dashboard, I experience a popup error. See the image below:

Any guides on what I may be missing or not doing right?

Hi @KMurumba, the error is caused by a missing layout config that is set when a user is rearranging the layout of the TEI dashboard. If you have never changed the layout you will not have this config hence why you get the error message. We will remove the error message, as it is not really an error. A work-around for now would be to remove one of the widgets (because then the user layout config is saved) and then add the widget back to the dashboard.
