Tracker - Failed to save the enrollment to the server

I got this error when registering new enrollment. It is happened just after midnight after scheduled analytic run time. Before that no problem for creating and saving TEI.

and strange thing is it was only happened to my computer, my colleague from other country could create TEI without having same problem. And then enrollment error was also happened to other two instances when I tried to open from my laptop, but not showing this error summary, only show that failed to save the server.

DHIS2 version: 2.33.4

Please follow these steps:

  • Data Administration app → data Maintenance → reload apps, clear application cache

  • Open using the browse Guest mode: Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help

  • Please make sure the time in your system is correct. Why is it saying future date? The program is not configured to accept future dates.
