Tracker Events Form layout - Suggestions for tweaking the layout without custom forms

Dear Experts,

Would like to know your thoughts on what are the tips/tweaks you do to de-clutter forms like below for events in tracker.

For us:

  1. We wish Yes/No drop downs be shorter in breadth and layout of questions be broader for readability and usability. Can we adjust this by tweaking htmls from backend? When we checked we got a fee it’s auto generated?

  2. We also wish to have a new line in between the questions to have an easy readability.

  3. Any other suggestions to improve this default layout would be really useful.
