Tracker error; Failed to save the enrollment to the server

i get these when registering

Hi @ahly,

Kindly check on the log - it says the person or TEI has an active enrollment in the program (its like you are trying to duplicate the registered TEI)

as long as you have set the program parameter “Only enroll once (per tracked entity lifetime)” to YES under Program->Enrollment details.

If you leave that settings as NO (not ticked), then you will be able to register the same TEI several times.

i have untick but still get same error

@ahly; You want to register the same person more than once?

  • try clearing your browser cache then check it again…
