Tracker entity can't list after register and added event

I have set the program’s attribut :display front page in list, after I have added a entity, not in list when click list button and can’t search,only display a entity type icon . why?

DHIS2:2.32, tomcat 9.x

Hi @linxd,
Just to confirm, Did you select both the orgunit and program before you selected the list?
Otherwise, would you please share a screen shot of what you are doing.
