Tracker data entry form

Hi everyone,

I am designing a data entry form for tracker. The same data elements will be tracked at each stage of the program. I would like to know how to design a data entry form and have it used on other stages of the program.

Hi Flora,

In Design custom entry form of program stage, there is a button called Other program stages in Data element form. You can click on this button to add data elements from other stages.

In other stage, click on the Load existing form button and select the custom form you created before.

Please see the snapshots.

I hope this is the thing you need.
