Iam a Ugandan working with Ministry of Health as a data scientist,we are using DHIS2,Now i want to be able to detect outliers in reported data,send this back to the concerned District Health Officer(DHO) through mail.iam wondering if this can be done using the DHIS2 tracker configuration app,and i need help with this…My whatsapp number is +256701402182…your response will be highly appreciated
@Kasule_Moses, the outlier detection features in DHIS2 are currently applicable to aggregate not tracker. Nonetheless, for tracker data, you can still use program rules for you data quality checks. For instance, you can configure a rule such as age should not exceed 100 years. If a user enters a value beyond this value, it will raise a flag during data entry.
