currently, i use DHIS2 2.20.
so it still display individual records app and tracker capture app.
currently, i use individual records to track patient profile and service they will get.
i have one problem, i can open patient records with individual records. But i can’t get any service form of patient records with tracker capture. this problem occurred on some patient records. NOT EFFECT ALL PATIENTS.
