I set up a tracker program but, I don’t know exactly which user roles is usefull for tracker capture.
I tried many but, Look the message I get:
What can I put as user roles?

Which versions are you using?
I have tried on the demo 2.29 and created a user and gave it a Facility tracker role with access to all programs and it works.
But again to the developers we will need a full description of of all the roles and what they do
What seems to be working well is rolling over the user roles created in previous versions but creating new roles some how misses some authorities that are not easy to identify and we no longer have the ability to export and import these roles.

If you do a new 2.29 deployment, it wont work.
I will recreate the scenario and share the roles as a bug.

Hi Alex and Carlos,
Not sure if this was resolved, but you may need to add permissions for the user group to access the program. In v2.29 programs and program stages can be shared with specific user groups. This goes for data capture read/write access and metadata read/write access within the progrm.
Click the menu at right and then “sharing settings”. On Play the programs are shared with most user groups, but it may not be set to public by default for your system.
