Tracker capture & program

hi dears

i installed 2.28 and define organisation unit, data element, attribute entity and program.
but in tracker capture i cant see programs that i defined.
may i ask you help me.

Are you using tracker capture on an app or in the browser? If in the browser, did you click into the correct org unit level on the left side, so the org unit where you assigned it is orange?
