Tracker Capture Not Listed Data

Dear Experts,

I hope this message finds you well, I have an issue ,Tracker Capture App Data are not listed and give below errors and I use latest version of DHIS2.
Please share your experience who faced with this issue and solved.

It is possible the user does to have access to the data of the program. You can confirm and setup user access for a tracker program when you edit the program.

Is this for all organization units? This issue might be similar to another topic and the workaround was to add code to the OU as explained in the quotation below:

The bug is reproducible for an organization unit without a code. The bug is present both when enrolling a new TEI and editing the TEI profile.

The workaround, while the bug is fixed, is to add a code to the organization unit."

Additionally, please make sure you are clearing the browser and server cache, sometimes this causes many errors.

Hope that you are fine, I have also given rights to user in Tracked Entity Attribute and cleared caches but It is still not listing the data in Tracker Capture.

what do you mean by TEI ?
