Tracker Capture is not loading 2.37.7.1 in web

I newly installed 2.37.7.1 and developed a tracker program. Then, I tried to run Tracker App but the app is not loading. The message is below:

I used to have this problem when I forgot the following change. If you haven’t done, please do this change, clear cache or try again in new incognito window
