Tracker capture failed to load meta-data.I have cleared the cache several time and also checked the sharing option.But still unable to solve the problem.
Please suggest if you have any solution.

Hey there,
Can you open the browsers developer tools, navigate to “Network” and try refreshing the page? This will give us information on what is failing.
Also check the server logs to see if there was any errors on the server side. There usually is a server side error when this metadata error occurs.
