Tracker capture failed to load Beneficiary list after upgrade to 2.39.2.1

We recently upgraded from version 2.37.x to 2.39.2.1 and the working (beneficiary) list failed to load while trying to access the tracker capture app to update beneficiary record.

Nothing in the logs suggests the cause of the problem.

I need help to resolve this issue.

Would it be possible to upgrade to version 40.1.0 directly from version 2.37 instead of upgrading to 2.39.2 as there’s an issue with optionsets which will only be released in version 2.39.3 (but has been fixed for version 40.1)?

Thanks @kstankevitz! The Jira issue you linked to was closed because it was not reproducible. However, since you mentioned the null being added to optionsets, I think the issue could be related to (Can not add a Model without id to a ModelCollection error on categories [FIXED] - #10 by Gassim). This issue will be fixed in version 2.39.3 and has been fixed in version 40.1.0

We are going to try to fix the option sets in 2.37, then proceed with the 2.39 upgrade again. If that does not work, then we will consider 2.40.
