I didn’t make any changes on the programs during the week. I just started working on option sets apart from any tracker program. I was training with it one day and the next it didn’t load.
@lillian1n2 I’m curious about the first error [SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘)’] in the list. If you click on the link at the end of this error message you should see some code. Would it be possible to share part of this code, to help me locate where the error comes from?
Something strange is going on between line 21796 and line 21797, part of the code seems to be missing or having been misplaced. No idea how this might have happened, but to me it looks like the app itself could be corrupt on your instance. If that is indeed the case then the solution would be to re-install tracker capture, which one apparently does by re-installing the entire server application.
Thinking about this some more I see another (perhaps more likely) possibility, that this is simply a cache problem in your browser.
First you could try this: go to Tracker Capture, then right click the reload page button (the one next to the browser back/forward buttons), and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. If no luck with that you could try opening Tracker Capture in an incognito window. Still no luck you could try a different browser (e.g. firefox). And finally if possible you could try using a different computer.
If none of the above works then something must be wrong on the server-side.
