Tracked entity without a stage

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to register a tracked entity without associating it with a program stage? I would like to register a household without any program stage associated with it in one program and all its beneficiaries in another program. I will link them through a relationship.

For the household tracker program, we just to capture Household ID, Address and nothing else (No program stages)

For the beneficiary tracker program, apart from attributes, we will capture data in program stages.
