I have created a tracker program in the DHIS2 Play
DHIS 2 Maintenance
When I try to capture data for the program using the Capture app it doesn’t move to the next program stage and when I reload the page or reclick on save button It throws this error Tracked entity instance with id “XvtZs6x0cHj” does not exist
Kindly assist on this.

I am getting the same error when trying to enroll a TE in any program, so it seems like there is a bug in the app or backend. I’ll raise it with the team, thanks for highlighting the issue!

Hi again,
Just spun up a new version of a 2.40.4.1 instance and there I have no problem enrolling a TE. I think it’s some configuration in that specific play server that has made the database corrupted. I’ll still raise it to the team though to see if there is some way to avoid this for the future.
Enrolling TEs seem to work fine in the server now. Does it work for you as well? 
It works fine for the other programs but for the prehospital patient care it ain’t working.
