For data elements there is a parameter setting determining if zero value records are stored or not.
This parameter does not exist for TEAs, and as far as I can see, zero value records are automatically removed.
Is this by design, or is it a bug?

Hi,
I have reported it as a bug - presumably in all versions up to 2.30, even if I’ve only seen this in 2.27, 2.28, and 2.29 (zero value records have been automatically removed from the start of Tracker, I guess).
