Dear All,
I used tomcat v9.0, dhis2 v2.30 and database postgresql v12.
when start tomcat, i got error like attached file.

As I see from the file, your Java version is 13, I think dhis v2.30 java is 8. Also make sure you set DHIS home right with the right dhis.config inside. for details on installing dhis on windows Check out this post
