To survive, health care needs small data to become adaptive | The Lancet Global Health Blog

Dear Knut

Duncan’s proposal is interesting but it seems more and more clear that EMRs and routine health information systems (RHIS) are incompatible investment paths for health ministries; it’s one or the other. The sad thing is this is a 3rd world country that desperately needs information infrastructure and here is someone lobbying for EMR + AI! Who would be the beneficiary here!! Honestly, who is the guinea pig?

Kind Regards,

Greg
