Greetings! I encountered an issue while attempting to run DHIS2 on my Ubuntu 22.04 system. When I try to access the platform, I receive the following error message:
“This site can’t be reached. The connection was refused.”

Thank you for your post. The connection was refused means you’re not able to connect to Tomcat’s server or you are using a different URL/port number. Please check your Tomcat configuration, make sure you are using the same URL and port number specified in the configuration. Additionally, did you configure the firewall to allow connections to the port?
There could be many reasons to why you are seeing this issue, so these are general steps. Please do share more info.
Furthermore, if you are able to see the image below then you have installed it properly which means we only need to check the configuration, if not then please share which resource you used to setup the server.
